The ICR Future Career and College Fair scheduled for March 29, 2020, in Cedar Rapids has been postponed due to the Coronavirus.
We are following the advice of the CDC and Iowa Public Health. Large group gatherings are being discouraged to help stop the spread of the virus and we are committed to keeping our partners and the students we all serve safe.
As the spring semester progresses in a new way with virtual classrooms and fewer in-person events, we will look for new ways to help students and parents continue the planning process.

As for the college fair, we have rescheduled this event for Sunday, May 31, 2020. With the cancellation of most planning events and college fairs for the rest of the spring semester, rescheduling for May 31 will provide students and parents with the opportunity to visit with colleges and universities yet this spring.
College and career fairs provide the opportunity to learn about career and education/training opportunities all in one location. Currently we have nearly 100 exhibitors scheduled to participate and most have indicated they will be able to attend the May event.
So mark your calendars for May 31 from 12:30 - 3pm. We will have colleges and universities, business and industry, apprenticeships, military, and student service representation. Our break out sessions speakers are all still committed so we look forward to a great event on a beautiful spring afternoon.
